About the event
Whether you're a seasoned fitness enthusiast or just starting your fitness journey, this event welcomes all moms. Take some time for self-care, focus on your well-being, and discover the strength within you.
This class is a full-body workout. Using Pilates principles, with the addition of hand weights and resistance bands this class creates long lean dense muscle mass while burning fat. You will strengthen your core, improve circulation, and increase flexibility. The class is performed on a yoga mat, making it zero impact, protecting your joints and muscles from the pounding of other exercises like running and jumping.
All levels welcome! A Yoga Mat and Towel will be included.
